Please allow 5 to 7 business days to prepare and post your order. Weekends are usually busy with *dog things*... classes, training, trials or workshops. An email will be sent to you with tracking details once your order is in the hands of the postal service.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are generally flat rate for standard / express shipping, for the entire order.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We accept no liability for returned parcels or parcels delivered to the wrong address, where we have sent it to the shipping address listed on the order. Any returned parcels will not be refunded however can be sent again, once the full cost [if it exceeds the flat rate on the website] to ship the order again has been paid to re-send the order.
