Service Description

SUITABILITY: Our Secondary Education Classes are suitable for teams: ⫸ who have recently completed an Introduction to Odour course with an ANWI or CNWI; OR ⫸ that are training +/or trialling at Novice + Advanced [ANKC] or ORT + NW1 [ACSW] levels. FOCUS: Class will focus on solidifying team skills, building [even more] confidence and reading those ever important behaviours. COMBINED CLASS: In the event we do not have class attendance for a particular grade, we may offer a combined class, adapting class to all students. NB. Any references to competition levels, in the class description, are a guide as to team experience level only. There is NO requirement to trial to attend our classes - these references are used as a guide as to the level of each team, if/when we seperate classes into grades, it is for efficiency.

Cancellation Policy

​Our classes/workshops have limited capacity. For this reason, you are not able to reschedule or cancel your booking, less than 48 hours before the start of the scheduled session. This allows us time to offer your space to another team. To reschedule or cancel your booking, use your Member log-in [web or app] or the email containing your booking details. We cannot do this for you unfortunately. If you cancel or reschedule your class/workshops at least 48 hours prior to commencement, you will receive a credit to your account, for use towards a future session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you will forefit any payment you have already made. PLEASE NOTE: If you can fill your space with less than 48 hours notice, to a fellow student, please let us know. It is then your responsibility to seek reimbursment from the student taking your place.
